Who we are

Your workspace stays local

ERS stores the information you enter—such as your name, tasks, coursework, goals, focus notes, habits, measurements, and reviews—in the app’s local storage on your device. You do not need an online account. ERS does not operate a cloud workspace or automatically synchronize your records between devices.

No advertising, tracking, or AI uploads

The app does not include advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics services. ERS does not send your planning records to us or to an external AI provider. Progress charts are calculated locally from your records.

Backups and exported files

You can create complete backups and export JSON or CSV files. When you choose a location in Files, that location may belong to your device or a document provider such as iCloud Drive. The provider you select handles the exported file under its own terms and privacy policy. Exported files may contain everything in your workspace; protect them as you would your original records. ERS does not add password protection to these exports.

ERS creates local safety backups. Your device’s backup services may also include app data according to your device settings. These system services are controlled by you and the provider, not by an ERS cloud account.

Notifications

System notifications are optional and require your permission. Reminder text may appear on your lock screen according to your system settings. You can change that permission in device Settings. ERS checks reminders while it is running; in-app reminders remain available when system notifications are denied.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you choose to attach. We use that information to respond and troubleshoot. Please do not send passwords or a personal database. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle your request and legitimate business obligations; you can contact us about deletion.

Your choices and deletion

You can edit and archive records inside ERS. Archiving hides records; it does not erase them from backups or exports. On iPhone and iPad, deleting the app removes its local app data. Offloading the app retains its data. Files you exported and device backups are managed separately; remove those copies through the relevant provider when you no longer need them. We cannot recover a local workspace that you have deleted without a usable backup.

This website

We do not add advertising or analytics scripts to this website. The interactive sample runs in your browser and does not submit its entries. The site is hosted by Namecheap. The hosting service may process technical connection information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. Namecheap’s privacy policy applies to its processing. Clicking an email link opens your chosen email application.

Changes

We will update this page if the app’s privacy practices change and show the updated date. This policy does not replace the privacy terms of Apple, your email provider, or a document provider you choose.
